  • Customer Service Representative
  • 3004 Spring Industrial Drive Suite C Powder Springs GA 30127 (Onsite)
  • 3-4 months possible permanent depending on needs of the business

Position

  • Hourly contract Position (W2 only)
  • Schedule / Remote Flexibility : -Onsite 5 days a week
  • Work Hours : 8 : 00-4 : 30
  • Interview Process : Phone screen and in person interview if selected.
  • Preferred Interview Times : Tuesday-Thursday 10 : 00-11 : 00; 1 : 00-3 : 00pm

  • Dispatch, administrative task, reporting.

  • Dispatching emergency and non-emergency calls to technicians.
  • Management of incomplete work orders and coordinating techs returns.
  • Updating customer with ETAs.
  • Good communication skills required.
  • 2 years of experience.
