Credit & Collections Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services sector, is seeking a Credit & Collections Specialist to join their team. As a Credit & Collections Specialist, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting cross-functional teams including Sales and Customer Service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title : Credit & Collections Specialist Location : NJ, Franklin Township

What's the Job?

• Perform hands-on collections activities including outbound calls, negotiation of payment plans, and resolution of delinquent accounts.
• Reconcile customer accounts, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accurate financial records.
• Review and make decisions on orders placed on credit hold based on account status.
• Resolve disputes and deductions in coordination with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate across departments to support accurate billing, payment applications, and customer satisfaction.
