Key Responsibilities

Assist graduates with career coaching during their initial weeks of employment

Develop and maintain systems for job placement opportunities for students and graduates

Collaborate with team members to verify placements and assist graduates in overcoming employment obstacles

Required Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent experience

Experience in education, career services, or related fields

Knowledge of application processes and expectations

Experience in overcoming obstacles faced by graduates or customers

Basic computer skills to navigate required technology effectively
