Oversees the development and implementation of business process / technology solutions for clients using company products, outsourced solutions or proprietary tools / techniques. Viewed by customers as a consultant. Responsible for defining the client needs, developing a proposal to meet those needs, and overseeing the implementation of the complete project solution. Performs in both a people management capacity and a technical leadership capacity.
Functional Knowledge : Requires understanding and application of procedures and concepts within own discipline and basic knowledge of other disciplines.
Business Expertise : Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.
