Construction Project Manager ( Bilingual )

FG Construction, LLC has an exceptional opportunity and vital role for a Construction Project Manager to establish themselves with a rapidly growing construction company. FG Construction is a commercial concrete repair and asphalt paving contractor looking for a self-driven talented person who demonstrates a commitment to excellence in work and who possesses the character needed for teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Job Function : The Construction Project Manager is responsible for leading project teams within the construction projects from the preconstruction and construction phase through closeout. Responsibilities : Total project responsibility, scheduling, safety, staff compliance, staff developments and reviews, buyouts, and contract negotiation, pay applications, job status meetings, and quality control. Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, contractors, city and county officials to ensure compliance with contract documents and specifications. Develop project schedules and ensure deadlines are met. Ensure quality control and safety standards are mainted throughout the project lifecycle. Keep clients informed concerning the progress of the project and any issues that might affect the schedule, budget, or status of the project. Prepare and submit project doucmentation, change orders, progress reports, and deliverables. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve field issues. Supervise field personnel, subcontractors, and vendors as needed. Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or Construction Management, or related field. 3+ years' of experience in Construction project management, specifically in roadway paving and civil infrastructure. Proficiency with project managment software. Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality standards. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Willingness to travel to various site locations Must obtain a valid Florida Driver's License and safe-driving record.
