We’re a full-service firm with deep roots in litigation and a powerhouse presence in Nevada. Our Las Vegas office handles complex defense work—especially for key clients in retail and commercial sectors. The department is currently led by Jerry Busby, who's planning to mentor the right person to manage core client relationships in the years to come. We’re looking for someone with real courtroom experience, sharp writing, and the character to win client trust.

Job Details

Handle defense litigation matters in both state & federal courts — drafting motions, discovery, hearings, trial support

Appear regularly in court (motions, status conferences, trial)

Work on full lifecycle of cases : from intake through resolution or trial

Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, briefs, memos

Collaborate with senior attorneys and the client contact team

Cultivate relationships — both internally and externally — to build your own case flow

Originate new business and receive 10% of gross fees on your matters

Meet annual billing goals and participate in bonus incentives tied to firm revenues

What We’re Looking For :

3–5 years’ litigation experience with consistent, solid work history

Admission to the Nevada Bar (other state bars a plus)

Strong analytical, writing, and research skills

Confidence appearing in court; comfortable speaking and managing hearings

Motivation to take on responsibility and grow into leadership

Trusted, professional demeanor — clients need to believe in you

Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines
