Tri-Supply is seeking an experienced Appliance Installation Field Manager to lead and oversee our appliance installation teams across multiple markets. This position plays a critical role in ensuring our field operations are executed with professionalism, efficiency, and high-quality standards. As Field Manager, you will serve as the primary connection between upper management and field installers, promoting performance excellence, training, and job site integrity. Starting pay is based on skill level and previous experience. We offer top pay for this position.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and support Installers and Trainees across all Tri-Supply markets
• Monitor daily workflow, productivity, and professionalism of the field teams
• Train, onboard, and mentor new hires to align with company procedures
• Evaluate individual and team performance; identify areas for improvement
• Perform quality control checks and assist with jobsite issue resolution
• Respond to installation-related questions and technical challenges
• Ensure proper uniform, equipment care, and use of company property
• Manage and perform pre-site / spec check inspections with full accuracy
• Attend and resolve emergency calls and assess necessary repairs
• Maintain regular communication with Customers, Store Managers, Scheduling and Appliance Installation Director
• Provide reports and updates to the Appliance Installation Director
• Assist with special projects and tasks as directed
• Travel to all current and future Tri-Supply locations as needed

Requirements :

Must be familiar with installation, troubleshooting, and handling of brands such as :

o Thermador, Wolf, Sub-Zero, Monogram, Viking, JennAir and others (Pro-Style)

o GE, Whirlpool, Frigidaire, KitchenAid and others (Builder-Grade)
