The customer service of a Workout Anytime fitness / sales consultant must be outstanding. Our club provides 1-on-1 training, group training, tanning, hydromassage, saunas, and free HIT training tips to our members, with a focus on achieving healthy, lasting results. Our entire TEAM works together to support each member and help them reach life-changing results.

Responsibilities

• Ability to consistently generate new club memberships through contacting leads generated through marketing activities, generating referral leads from the current membership base, and engaging club tours for walk-ins.
• Ability to quickly identify potential member needs and use solution-selling techniques to highlight club amenities and services and close the sale.
• Ability to thrive in a competitive sales position while maintaining a cohesive team environment.
• Ability to meet challenging monthly quotas and demonstrate production excellence within 30 days of starting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to handle and prioritize multiple tasks, including club cleanliness.
