Service Advisor
We are currently seeking a Service Advisor for our Weslaco Ford location. The Service Advisor will be responsible for assisting customers with vehicle service needs, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred - Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an automotive service environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance services - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in computer systems and software
Responsibilities
Greet customers and assist them with determining their service needs - Schedule service appointments and communicate with customers throughout the process - Advise customers on necessary services based on vehicle inspections and manufacturer recommendations - Provide estimates for services and obtain customer approval - Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner - Maintain customer records and service history accurately in the system - Stay updated on product knowledge, manufacturer updates, and service proceduresAdditional Requirements
Valid driver's license (at least 3 consecutive years) and clean driving record - Willingness to participate in training and development opportunities - Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends - Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building customer loyalty.
