Distinguishing Features :
This position involves performing moderately complex administrative and regulatory activities to support the execution of statutes and licensing processes for a regulatory board.
Key Responsibilities :
- Review applications, permits, and certifications for licensure to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Make recommendations to approve or deny applications in accordance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, and forward recommendations to the supervisor for final approval.
- Evaluate and process requests for reciprocity and renewals in line with established policies and legal standards.
- Assess licensing certificates, registrations, and other authorizations for accuracy, completeness, and eligibility.
- Ensure all licenses, certificates, and reports are accurately completed and properly documented.
- Implement mandates and directives as assigned to support regulatory compliance.

Issue licenses, certificates, registrations, and other authorizations to individuals or entities to practice in a specific occupation or profession, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
