Ecolab, the leading global developer of premium cleaning, sanitizing and maintenance products and services for the hospitality, institutional and industrial markets is seeking a Senior Production Specialist!  This role is responsible for timely and accurate data entry, quality and inspection of production materials, and participating in required Production meetings.

What You Will Do :

Enters production data accurately into the warehouse management system

Inspects incoming materials, reports damages and discrepancies for accounting and record-keeping purposes

Tracks departmental data and generates applicable reports as needed

Works on the plant floor or in the warehouse to research discrepancies

Recommends, implements, and promotes measures to improve departmental productivity and efficiencies, product quality, methods and working conditions to minimize downtime. Follows TPM / continuous improvement principles

Proactively communicates maintenance needs, quality issues or other situations that impact safety, quality, or productivity to the appropriate functional / department leader

Assists in training teammates

Communicates verbally and / or in writing with others

Maintains a clean and safe work environment.

Performs other duties as assigned

Position Details :

Plant location : Garland, TX

Work week and shift : A shift, 5 : 30AM - 1 : 20PM Monday to Thursday

Compensation :   $27.75 / hour

Some overtime work may be required for this role

Minimum Qualifications :

High School diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in an industrial manufacturing or production environment

Previous SAP experience

Experience using Microsoft software, including Excel and Word

Physical Demands :

Must be able to lift / carry 50lbs

Must be able to pass a drug screen

Preferred Qualifications :

Previous experience in an inventory focused role within an industrial manufacturing environment

Collaborative and team-orientated

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Good time-management and communication skills

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The pay range for this position is $49,000.00 - $73,600.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
