What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
Support client talent development and organizational assessment service deliveryRecommend, develop, and implement talent development programs and initiatives with clientsFacilitate workshops, meetings, and other client interactionsDevelop client work plans and schedules to produce results within expected timelinesAdvise on and provide talent development best practices for multiple clients simultaneouslyWhat is Required (Qualifications) :
Bachelor's degree in a related field (Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, Organizational Development, or a related discipline); Master's Degree is a plusMinimum of 5 years' experience in preparing, facilitating, or implementing talent development programs and initiativesDirect experience working for or within local governments at a leader levelProven ability to consult with senior leaders and HR business partners to design and deliver customized talent development solutionsRelevant certifications that enhance expertise, such as CPTD, APTD, SHRM-CP, PSHRA-CP, or PSHRA-ACPHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
