Overview

Our client, a global biopharma leader is scaling up operations at one of the most advanced vaccine manufacturing sites in the U.S. - a facility recognized for its pandemic readiness and cutting-edge cell-based production technologies. We're collaborating to find contract personnel to enhance their Automation capabilities to support high-impact projects across upstream, downstream, and aseptic filling systems. This is a rare opportunity to work on a site that's been designated by the U.S. government as a critical partner in national health preparedness - capable of producing over 150 million doses in a pandemic scenario.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and troubleshoot automation systems across :

PLC

Rockwell ControlLogix, CompactLogix

FactoryTalk View SE / ME

Emerson DeltaV (batch strategies, ISA-88)

Systems You'll Touch

Bioreactors, media / buffer prep

Chromatography, UF / DF, TFF

Isolators, CIP / SIP, aseptic lines

HVAC, WFI, clean steam, compressed air

EMS, BMS
