Must be bi-lingual, Spanish-speaking Active state Nurse Practitioner license and DEA license. National certification as a Family, Adult, or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. Experience in primary care preferred A strong clinical background and knowledge of working with Medicare patients

Responsibilities :
- Deliver high-quality primary care and conduct routine and acute office visits.
- Administer annual wellness visits and health risk assessments.

- Collaborate with a supportive care team in an innovative environment.
