Job Summary

The Manager Revenue Analytics will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and operational efficiency through data-informed strategies, which will impact key business decisions that enhance performance. The Manager will have the opportunity to influence decision-making through the financial models they develop. This role will contribute significant value-added revenue analysis to support the FP&A team's strategic goals.

Responsibilities

Work closely with business leaders to develop budget / forecasts that reflect the revenue goals of the company and act as a resource to help achieve these goals

Conduct financial modeling and forecasting to support revenue planning

Evaluate pricing models and make recommendations for pricing adjustments to address competitive landscape

Identify revenue leakage areas and implement corrective actions

Communicate revenue insights and recommendations to key stakeholders

Work with pricing and offers team to manage sales, profitability and overall business objectives

Perform ROIs on business expansion opportunities

Drive significant revenue growth strategies

Support the development of annual revenue budgets

Assist in the development of the long-range plan

Perform Ad-Hoc financial analyses as needed

Work on special revenue projects

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related fields

5-8 years of experience performing thorough financial analysis

Strong organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills

Independent self-starter who thrives in taking the initiative and improving current processes with very strong attention to detail

Strong Excel skills including advanced formulas, pivot tables, graphs and charts

Innovative Problem Solver

Effective use of time management to meet goals and objectives

Effective written and oral communication with employees of all levels

Ability to work cross functionally with other operational teams and departments

Understand the key aspects of revenue planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, preferably in a service company / industry

An inquisitive mind who asks the right questions

Prior experience with Hyperion, SmartView & Essbase is a plus

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate / range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $102,816.00 - $168,912.00 / year. The rate / range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
