At Heartlinks ABA NC, we're committed to providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to children and families in the comfort of their own homes. We're seeking a talented and dedicated HYBRID Bilingual (Spanish) BCBA to join our team in Charlotte, NC.

Job Responsibilities :

Design, implement, and supervise ABA therapy programs for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities

Conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide direct therapy services to clients

Develop and maintain clinical records, including progress reports and treatment plans

Participate in staff training and professional development activities to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy

Requirements :

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or related field

Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and spoken)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Licensed in North Carolina
