General Description
Duke Integrative Medicine is seeking a Patient Account Associate to become part of our Guest Services / Front Desk team. This role requires a high level of accuracy and performance, critical thinking, excellent communication, and exceptional customer service skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
Education
High school diploma with knowledge of basic grammar and mathematical principles. Some postsecondary education is preferred. Additional training or knowledge of related business is beneficial.
Experience
Two years of experience in hospital access, physician office, billing, and collections, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
