Mericle Construction, Inc. is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Maintenance Technician to help maintain and support our portfolio of commercial properties. In this role, you’ll perform a wide range of skilled and semi-skilled tasks related to the upkeep of industrial and commercial buildings and equipment. Responsibilities include routine preventive maintenance and repair work, often carried out independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities :

• Electrical : changing ballasts and bulbs, changing outlets and fixtures
• Plumbing : Sloan valves, drainage issues, sinks and minor plumbing repairs
• Carpentry : drywall patching and painting
• General building maintenance
