Compensation
Compensation range of $114,000 - $139,000 plus discretionary annual bonus

Job Summary
The Sourcing Manager will work closely with internal stakeholders and be responsible for managing and developing sourcing strategies for national and global categories including general services, plant and quarry services, IT, and fleet management used in the construction industry. This position will develop, administer, and evaluate the Strategic Sourcing Process for assigned categories and will be responsible for developing critical internal and external relationships.
Main Responsibilities
Manage and develop supplier performance, relationships, and agreements for their categories, while collaborating with stakeholders to create a competitive advantage for ColasEngage cross-functional teams using analysis of historical spend data, market research and cost modeling to identify and leverage high value opportunities that deliver innovative and sustainable value, operational efficiencies, and risk mitigation to the businessInteracts with internal business partners to achieve involvement in procurementDevelop procurement roadmaps in support of the subsidiary's objectivesLeverage company spend nationally and globally to ensure financial benefit to the companyProvide market and opportunity analysis to stakeholdersPrepare and negotiate contract terms and conditions for agreementsAnalyzes contract documents to determine contractual obligations, preparing recommendations regarding acceptance or modificationsIdentification, vetting, and selection of new vendors and servicesEstablish and maintain professional relationships with suppliers based on the highest ethical business practices.Act as the primary liaison to suppliers within assigned categories and use market research and spend analysis tools to analyze supplier performanceIdentify and anticipate business needs; develop recommendations and solutionsDevelop, manage, and influence implementation of policies related to supplier commitmentsCollect, analyze, and develop a sourcing plan and conduct sourcing activities while ensuring delivery and quality requirements are satisfiedEducation / Technical Knowledge / Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree requiredMaster's degree or M.B.A preferredMinimum 2-3 years of strategic sourcing experience in a large manufacturing environment with exposure to engineering, plant operations, and / or maintenance requiredSourcing experience in indirect spend and the Coupa S2P platform a plusSkills Competencies
