Front Desk / Patient Coordinator – Full-Time Valley Stream, NY (On-site) $20–$25 / hour + Bonuses | $800 Sign-On Bonus

Our vibrant, compassionate team provides exceptional care in a fun and welcoming environment designed just for kids and teens. Now, we're looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Front Desk / Patient Coordinator to be the first smile families see when they walk through our doors.

Pay & Perks

  • $20–$25 / hour (based on experience)

    • Schedule

  • Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8-hour shifts
  • 1 Sunday half-day / month (flexible weekday adjustment)
  • On-site position in Valley Stream, NY

    • Duties

  • Welcome patients and families with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage appointments, insurance verifications, and patient records
  • Handle check-in, check-out, payments, and forms with accuracy
  • Communicate treatment plans, insurance coverage, and financial options
  • Support the clinical team for smooth patient flow
  • Answer phones, coordinate referrals, and follow up on visits
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain organized documentation
  • Create a friendly, positive experience for every child and parent

    • Experience

  • 1+ year of dental front desk or receptionist experience (Required)
  • Experience with Dentrix or similar dental software (Preferred)
  • Knowledge of pediatric dentistry is a plus
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
  • Friendly, reliable, and professional under pressure
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
  • Spanish-speaking is a plus
  • Ability to commute or relocate to Valley Stream, NY (Required)
