Finance Lead

A company is looking for a Finance (FP&A) Lead - Part-time or Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes

Partner with leadership to provide financial insights for decision-making

Manage and mentor the part-time Senior Accountant overseeing day-to-day operations

Required Qualifications

7+ years of finance experience, preferably in FP&A or high-growth environments

Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting skills

Experience in financial decision-making with leadership teams

Familiarity with accounting tools like Xero or Ramp

Availability to overlap with the team during work hours
