With over 300 real estate agents in our network—including 60 investors in the company—we have a built-in community of partners ready to connect with the right Loan Officer. The key? Someone who thrives on relationships, is growth-minded, and sees the path from $150,000 in earnings to $500,000+ as achievable with the right platform.

Compensation & Growth

• W2 Position with Draw : $10,000 / month guaranteed draw (non-recoverable first 6 months; recapturable afterward).
• Earnings Potential : Most Loan Officers at this level earn $150,000+, with the path to $300,000–$600,000 as you build relationships and scale.
• Profit Sharing & Bonus Program : $40,000–$50,000 / year potential in addition to commissions.
• Ownership Opportunity : For the right leader, the chance to buy into the company and share in long-term growth.
