Value Stream Mapping & Improvement : Collaborate on projects to analyze and enhance internal and external value streams, identifying bottlenecks and implementing efficiency-boosting solutions. Cutting-Edge Technology Integration : Contribute to Industry 4.0 initiatives by supporting the implementation of RFID technology, Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs), and other automation solutions. Plan for Every Part (PFEP) Management : Develop, maintain, and leverage PFEP documentation to ensure seamless material flow and precise inventory management. Standardized Work Development : Create and implement clear, efficient work procedures, including optimized milk run delivery processes. Real-World Problem Solving : Assist in analyzing and improving receiving and shipping operations, contributing to smoother and more efficient logistics processes.
