Production Senior Manager

Operations Sr. Manager

You will be the Operations Sr. Manager for the Close Combat Productions team. Our team is responsible for managing all program aspects related to Production Operations / Manufacturing, with an emphasis on design for producibility and positioning products for full life cycle success.

As the Close Combat Production Operations Sr. Manager, you will be responsible for leading and driving the achievement of the most producible solutions for customers and delivering scalable manufacturing solutions to future production teams and Lines of Business. You will manage and lead Close Combat Systems programs production, development, or international scope, including cost, schedule, and quality, for multiple manufacturing sites and support engineer labs. Your responsibilities will include :

• Managing program aspects related to Production Operations / Manufacturing
• Leading and integrating all production operations activities across the Program portfolio
• Integrating cross-functional strategies across Precision Fires and the Tactical Missiles line of business
• Coordinating and integrating strategy across all manufacturing and support locations
• Leading a large matrixed multi-faceted production operations organization, including Manufacturing Engineering and PP&C
