Paralegal – Immigration Law (Bilingual Spanish / English) Location : Denver, CO (Two Offices) Job Type : Full-Time, Permanent Salary : $52,000–$60,000 per year (DOE) Our growing immigration law firm in Denver is seeking a dedicated and bilingual (Spanish / English) Paralegal to join our team full-time. We provide compassionate legal representation to individuals and families navigating the immigration system, and we are looking for a team member who shares our commitment to service and excellence. Responsibilities : Assist attorneys in preparing immigration applications and supporting documents Draft and complete USCIS and immigration court forms Communicate regularly with clients in English and Spanish Organize and maintain client files and case records Perform accurate data entry and case tracking Support attorneys with case-related tasks and administrative duties Requirements : Fully bilingual in Spanish and English (spoken and written) Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 1–2 years of experience working with immigration forms and processes Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Reliable, responsible, and able to manage multiple deadlines Proficient in using computer applications Willingness to learn and master our chosen software and electronic file systems Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn Benefits : Competitive salary : $52,000–$60,000 annually, depending on experience 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching Paid vacation and holidays Paid Health insurance for you; plus optional elective insurance benefits Ongoing training and professional development Training on our software and computer systems Supportive, bilingual work environment We consider all employees vital members of our team.
