Location : Plymouth, MA |  Shift : 2nd Shift (3 : 30 PM - 12 : 00 AM)

We’re looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Etching Technician to support our production team by performing chemical etching processes to create ultra-precise features on metal components. What You’ll Do :

Operate chemical etching tanks and equipment to process metal materials to customer specifications

Follow job travelers and special instructions for each work order

Measure product conformance using calipers, gauges, and other inspection tools

Record all measurements and production data clearly and accurately

Notify your lead of any quality concerns or questionable materials

Monitor chemical solution conditions and perform minor maintenance as needed

Keep your workstation clean and follow all safety protocols

Complete daily tasks independently and stay on schedule

Work as part of a production team to meet daily and weekly output goals

What You Bring :

Experience in a manufacturing or chemical processing role preferred, but not required

Ability to read basic job instructions and measurement tools (calipers, rulers, etc.)

Attention to detail and focus on product quality

Comfort working around chemicals and willingness to wear required PPE

Dependability and ability to work with minimal supervision

Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
