BayCare is currently in search of our newest Site Manager II who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. Position Details :

Location : BayCare Medical Group Endocrinology SunCoast (St. Petersburg)

Status : Full Time (Exempt)

Shift : 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM (may vary)

Days : Monday Friday

The Site Manager II is responsible for :

• In a minimally complex practice, oversees the utilization management and daily business operations of the physician practice at the facility.
• Possesses a clear understanding of the financial, operational, administrative, and regulatory aspects of the facility.
• Ensures HIPAA compliance and Risk Management at the facility level.
• Oversees maintenance and purchasing for specific facility.
• Responsible for patient access to services, insurance contract verification, utilization management, charge entry, collections, clinical support management, quality improvement, referral relations, patient satisfaction, personnel management, and problem solving.
• Acts as liaison to Director of Physician Services, Director of Clinical Quality and Compliance, and Director of CBO.
