Overview
What You'll Do
- Drive the design, analysis, and optimization of high-performance jet propulsion systems.
- Oversee complex projects from concept through validation and testing.
- Collaborate across design, manufacturing, and quality to integrate propulsion systems into aircraft platforms.
- Mentor talented engineers and champion innovation across the organization.
- Identify and implement next-generation propulsion technologies and process improvements.
