As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol financial institution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming environment for all visitors and staff. Your visible presence and routine patrols will play a key role in supporting a secure atmosphere while providing outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate : $20.00 / Hour

Job Schedule :

DayTimeMon 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AMFri 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AMSat 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment for employees and visitors.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
  • Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents according to established protocols.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while maintaining a visible Allied Universal presence at the location.
  • Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials as required, and / or directing individuals as appropriate for the location.
  • Document all security-related incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client guidelines.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Applicants must have at least three years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree.
  • Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
  • Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
  • A valid CPR certification is preferred.
  • A current guard card or license is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
