Restaurant General Manager at Muse

Muse at Sentry, the award-winning fine-dining restaurant located in Stevens Point, WI is looking for a Restaurant General Manager. This role will partner with the Executive Chef in leading the restaurant team to deliver unique and detailed experiences to our guests. This role will also oversee the beverage program, including craft cocktails and wines from around the world, and manage restaurant concierge services. We are looking for a candidate that has a passion for the details of elegant service and can deliver on the unique expectations of our guests.

What You'll Do

As the Restaurant General Manager at Muse, you will partner with the Executive Chef to drive revenues for the operation while helping to create a world class experience for our guests. In addition, you’ll :

• Direct all front-of-house operations of restaurant and special event space to ensure efficient and effective service is provided
• Create an inviting and memorable environment & culture reflecting the restaurant’s dining concepts, including décor, service, menu, cleanliness, orderliness, and customer service
• Partner with Executive Chef in development of food & beverage products, operational strategies, and associate development
• Establish policies, service standards, objectives, and procedures that ensure guest satisfaction and profitability
• Ensure associates and facility are compliant with sanitation and safety standards
• Collaborate with all internal departments to ensure the successful preparation of all Muse events, including, planning, set-up and execution of all events
• Monitor product quality and guest experience to ensure both are delivered to restaurant standards
• Develop business strategy to drive financial performance
