District Manager - St. Louis and Southern Illinois

MERS / Missouri Goodwill Industries is looking for an energetic, self-motivated, and professional District Manager - St. Louis and Southern Illinois to join our Retail Management team! Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5 years of Retail Management required. Multi-Unit Retail Management preferred.
• A valid MO or IL state driver's license and insurance are required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including customer service, conflict resolution, and change management.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Leadership skills include quality decision-making, goal-setting, and problem-solving using analytical, creative, and critical-thinking skills.
• The ability to motivate and lead employees and hold them accountable.
