Job Title : Assembler - 2nd Shift

Job Description

This position is responsible for the production of high-quality medical devices, primarily in a clean room environment. The role involves the formulation of polymers, the production and inspection of medical devices using microscopes, and the operation of various equipment and machinery.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery to produce medical devices according to specifications.
• Follow manufacturing instructions and update job documentation accurately for traceability.
• Prepare products for packing and sterilization.
• Inspect products using a microscope.
• Set up coating machines and perform coating, inspection, and folding of balloon catheters.
• Prepare and test excipient and spray coating formulations.
• Package sterile and non-sterile finished or semi-finished goods.
• Identify supplies that need replenishment.
• Build components needed for top-level work orders.
• Complete required cleaning activities.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00 / hr.
