On-the-job-trainer

On-the-job trainer is primarily responsible for preparing new hires that come to the production floor to gain the knowledge, skillsets, and performance needed to be successful while he or she is doing the actual job. They will lead and enable a learning environment through strategy and support. This individual will need to be ambitious, organized, highly efficient, and a subject matter expert in that particular area. As an on-the-job trainer, you are the internal mechanism that sets others up for success.

On-the-job trainer will be part of the production team and will be required to build cable harness / CCA assemblies when they are not training other personnel.

Pre-employment drug screen required.
