Regulatory Licensing Analyst

Under direct supervision, the Licensing Analyst examines and evaluates applications to determine conformity with applicable laws and licensing requirements. Evaluate applications, records, and documents to gather information concerning eligibility. Prepare correspondence informing applicants of licensing decisions and appeals processes. Advise licensees and other individuals or groups concerning licensing and regulations. Issue and renew licenses. Report rules, regulations, and law violations to appropriate authorities. Review compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Perform other duties as assigned.

High school diploma / GED and two (2) years of job-related experience.
