How does this role contribute to our collective success?

As a Technical Assistant this role will act within established guidelines and support the Underwriting teams; working closely with Underwriting Assistants and Underwriters to provide clerical / office support to assigned business unit(s) and / or department(s).

What will you do in this role?

• Prepare policies for policy issuance where applicable.
• Review policies for accuracy and regulatory standards
• Review policy logs for accurate input
• Input policy and underwriting data in appropriate systems
• Process endorsements per request within established Company guidelines - where applicable
• Work with identified resources to maintain a structured diary system. Work with identified resources to structure and maintain file organization.
• Coordinate file pulls and manage diary system to ensure that all necessary information is received within established timelines.
• Follow up on delinquent data.
• Submission management - where applicable
• Actively be able to switch between competing tasks and priorities.
• Open communication by phone, email, video services, or in person where applicable

For this position, we currently expect to offer a base salary in the range of 40k to 55k Your salary offer will be based on an assessment of a variety of factors including your specific experience and work location.
