Overview

Analytics Engineer / Data Architect — Hybrid – 3 days onsite in West Bend, WI. Direct Hire, Full Time.

Our client is seeking a Hybrid Analytics Engineer / Data Architect to join their growing Data Engineering team. This is a unique opportunity to split your time 50 / 50 between analytics engineering and data modeling , building on your experience with modern data warehouses while shaping the future of their enterprise data models.

What You'll Do

  • Design and implement dimensional data models (fact / dimension tables, star schemas).
  • Build and enhance the enterprise data warehouse with Snowflake + DBT
  • Collaborate with the data architect and assume long-term modeling ownership.
  • Mentor junior engineers while influencing architectural decisions.
  • Support advanced analytics initiatives (LLMs, chatbots, etc.).

What They're Looking For

  • 5–10+ years of analytics or data engineering experience.
  • Proven expertise in enterprise data warehouses and dimensional modeling
  • Strong SQL skills; DBT (or willingness to learn).
  • Interest in or exposure to Data Vault modeling (training available).
  • Local candidate, able to work onsite 3 days / week.
