Overview

Our Client is seeking a B2C Principal Product Designer to shape transformative digital experiences for healthcare professionals and patients across their commercial portfolio. In this role, you will bring deep UX expertise and strong visual sensibility to complex digital product initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to define and deliver intuitive, scalable, and user-centered solutions that align with both business goals and user needs.

You Will Execute with visual excellence by defining the mood, tone, look, and feel of future products and translating this vision into high-fidelity prototypes and assets

Elevate design standards by maintaining and refining a cohesive design language across projects ranging from consumer apps to immersive patient journey experiences

Enhance usability and engagement by translating complex requirements into clear user journeys, flows, and interfaces

Apply systems thinking to ensure features scale effectively and align to design systems, accessibility guidelines, and platform requirements

Mentor and inspire other designers through thoughtful direction, critique, and guidance that fosters innovation and craft excellence

Champion design craft with deep knowledge of typography, color, layout, grid systems, motion, and hierarchy to create polished, pixel-perfect experiences

Drive strategic impact by contributing thought leadership on design best practices, trends, and emerging technologies

Communicate and collaborate effectively by presenting design rationale persuasively across stakeholders, teams, and leadership

You Have 10+ years of experience in visual design, UI design, or digital product design within agile or digital product environments

A strong portfolio showcasing best-in-class design work across digital interfaces, demonstrating mastery of typography, grid, layout, and color theory

Experience with digital B2C commercial executions and delivering scalable design systems and component-based workflows

Proven success in shipping impactful digital experiences that balance user, brand, and business needs

Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex design concepts into clear and inspiring narratives

A collaborative mindset with a passion for working cross-functionally and thriving in a team-oriented culture

Creative leadership experience, including mentoring, critique, and elevating design team performance

Exposure to motion design, micro-interactions, or front-end development principles

Experience designing mobile user experiences and leveraging mobile application design patterns

Preferred but not required - experience leading design initiatives in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or other regulated industries

Preferred but not required - understanding of modern development processes and familiarity with front-end libraries and frameworks

Onsite / Offsite : Remote working roughly ET or CT hours (Must be based in the US)
