Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Cardiac Cath Lab Discipline : RN Start Date : ASAP Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Job Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cardiac Cath Lab position requiring an active ND or compact RN license and proficiency with EPIC EMR. Responsibilities Position is in an acute care hospital setting, Cardiac Cath Lab unit Handles cardiac and electrophysiology cases including LHC, PCI, Impella, TAVR, Watchman, EP studies, ablations, pacemakers, ICDs, BI-V's, AAA endografts, and peripheral interventions Works with Siemens X-ray and McKesson Hemo equipment EPIC charting system is used in the unit Day shift, Monday through Friday, 7 : 30am to 4 : 00pm, 8-hour shifts On-call 1-2 weekdays and every other weekend including holiday coverage Floating may be required between Electrophysiology and Cath Lab Responsibilities include monitoring and circulating during Cath Lab and EP cases Team structure involves collaboration with Cath Lab and Electrophysiology staff Hospital provides scrubs for this assignment Level 2 trauma environment All candidates must badge in and out of the facility Orientation consists of 8 hours at the start of the assignment Returning employees must have ended prior Sanford Health employment at least 6 months before consideration Requirements Active ND or compact RN license required Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab setting Current BLS certification required Experience with EPIC EMR preferred Must not have a permanent residence within 80 miles of the facility Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-610535.
