Marketing Specialist (Spokane)

Solid Structures is seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Specialist to lead our marketing efforts across digital, social, and print platforms. This is a hands-on, in-person role where youll manage everything from ad budgets and SEO to video creation and print design helping grow brand awareness and showcase our projects from concept to completion.

Were looking for someone creative, organized, and results-driven who can balance both the strategic and creative sides of marketing.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and optimize marketing budgets and ad spend
• Oversee and analyze Google Ads, SEO, and Google Analytics performance
• Handle website updates and content management on WordPress
• Create and edit reels, YouTube videos, and photography for marketing use
• Design print materials including flyers, brochures, and banners
• Manage social media marketing and paid advertising campaigns
• Create engaging, on-brand content to promote Solid Structures services and culture
• Collaborate with ownership and team members to align marketing goals with company objectives
