Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. • Responsible for fostering a fun environment
• Responsible for being a gracious host to all guests and co-workers
• Responsible for promoting a positive influence in the community and participating in events
• Collaborates with VP of Marketing on development and execution of advertising, promotions, public relations, social media and marketing plans
• Manages creation and production of all advertising campaigns, direct mail creative, marketing calendars, promotional activity and any collateral needs for property
• Develops media plan with VP of Marketing and agency based on marketing objectives
• Leverages advertising dollars to maximize added value, seeking out co-op marketing opportunities to supplement media plan
• Vendor coordination, management and negotiation. Responsible for accuracy and timeliness of all charges and payments relating to vendor efforts
• Coordinates work of PR firms and manages implementation of certain PR and community events; drafts press releases in tandem with PR firms
• Works closely with Planning & Analysis to understand the overall profitability of promotional activities
• Manages social media strategy, including channels, contests and updates, measures and reports on performance
• Manages property website design and updates, measures and reports on performance.
• Implements and enforces brand and quality standards throughout the organization for visual communication
• Coordinates with internal parties to ensure advertising messages are reflected throughout the property on digital screens
• Position supervises a Graphic Artist, Communications Specialist, Digital Designer, and Advertising Coordinator
• Management accountability for all team members for day to day and long-term operations to include hiring, training and developing employees
• Maintain compliance with policies and procedures
• Budgetary management across expenses and capital requests
