Customer Service Representative

Apex Systems, a World-Class Technology Solutions Provider, is seeking applicants for the below position on behalf of our client. Please apply if interested and qualified.

Location : Bardstown, KY

Estimated Duration : The client approximates that this project may last up to 12+ months. However, there is no guarantee of employment for any length of time.

Pay Rate Range : $17 / hr. (paid weekly)

Schedule : M-F 7 : 45-4 : 45 PM (they ask you guys are available to work 3.5-5 hours 1 Saturday a month)

Project Description : Division of Drivers Licenses (DDL) seeks exceptional individuals to join as Customer Service Agents to meet increased demand. The rollout of a new digitized license computer system across the state requires travel to issuance locations statewide. Opportunities for advancement within DDL exist. Agents will be assigned a mobile unit and travel to various locations, including manufacturing centers, libraries, prisons, and other local areas needing Driver's License services. Personal vehicles are not required.

  • Customer Service : Experience serving internal and external customers.

  • Interpersonal Skills : Ability to work with diverse clients.
  • Professionalism : Supportive, diplomatic, flexible, and responsible.
  • Technical Skills : Learn and utilize the KY Driver's License Information System (KDLIS) / IDEMIA issuance program, read and interpret driver's history records.
  • Knowledge : Become knowledgeable of Driver Licensing laws and policies, including Commercial Driver Licensing laws and processes.
  • Advisory Role : Advise applicants on driver licensing questions and concerns.

    • Additional Requirements :

  • Education : Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree; administrative, business, research, and / or clerical experience can substitute for education on a year-for-year basis.
  • Experience : At least 2 years of computer technology experience.
