• Collaborate with the Product Manager to create and perfect new floor plans.
• Partner with Production, Purchasing, and Quality Control to bring ideas to life.
• Document changes and updates to prototypes, ensuring precision and efficiency.
• Keep print packs current and troubleshoot challenges with creative solutions.
• Ability to be flexible and pivot tasks quickly.
• Solid engineering experience and proficiency in AutoCAD.
• A self-motivated, independent work ethic with a results-driven attitude.
• The ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines with confidence.
• Exceptional attention to detail and pride in your work.
