Key Responsibilities
Support teams and build products to enhance educational experiences for children
Coach and empower teams to take ownership of their goals and strengthen engineering culture
Work cross-functionally to create and execute strategies that drive user growth, engagement, and retention
Required Qualifications
At least 10 years of professional software engineering experience, with significant experience on Growth Engineering teams
5-7 years of experience managing direct reports on a product team, including 2 years managing a growth team
Willingness to engage in hands-on technical work, including coding
Located in the Americas time zone
