Your Role : Making an Impact

As a Home Health Speech Language Pathologist , you will :

  • Evaluate and provide tailored speech / language pathology services to patients in their homes.
  • Collaborate on the development and review of personalized treatment plans.
  • Utilize your professional skills to assess and treat speech, voice, language, hearing, and swallowing disorders.
  • Administer diagnostic tests and therapeutic treatments, including audiologic screenings.
  • Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to supervisors and physicians.
  • Train patients in alternative communication systems when necessary.
  • Provide guidance and support to patients, families, and healthcare staff.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and timely reports as per company policy.
  • Engage in care coordination and discharge planning activities.
  • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professional conduct.
  • Participate in staff development programs and pursue continuing education.

What We’re Looking For

Required Experience / Skills :

  • Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology or Audiology from ASHA.
  • A minimum of six months of experience as a speech therapist.
  • Home health experience is a plus!
  • Current and unrestricted license.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

    • Compensation and Benefits

    Pay Range :

  • $54.00 - $75.00 per visit / unit
  • $84,900 - $116,800 per year base pay
