Senior Protocol Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior Protocol Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and implement protocol features end-to-end, including building protocol level features in Rust and developing middleware contracts in Solidity

Build, optimize, and scale services and contracts

Collaborate with product and security teams to ensure systems and contracts meet security standards

Required Qualifications

7+ years as a Full Stack Engineer or equivalent experience, focusing on production-grade Rust services and Solidity

Proven track record in building high traffic, low latency systems

Strong proficiency with blockchain fundamentals and understanding of core EIPs on EVM

Experience in building blockchain protocols (L1, L2s, bridges, etc.) and knowledge of security best practices

Proficiency with AI coding tools
