Location : Twin Cities Metro Area – 21 County Region
Compensation : $90,000 – $130,000 annually , depending on experience
Schedule : 7 Days On / 7 Days Off (Full-Time On-Call Role)

Superior Hospice, a new branch of Home Health Care, Inc., is redefining hospice care across Minnesota. We're seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to serve as an on-call expert for our growing patient base. This role is perfect for an RN who thrives under pressure, seeks work-life balance through a 7 on / 7 off model, and finds meaning in guiding families through life’s most sensitive transitions.

Respond promptly to after-hours calls for symptom management, crisis care, or family supportProvide in-home skilled nursing care, assessments, and interventionsDeliver emotional guidance to patients and caregivers during sensitive momentsCollaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to adjust care plans as neededDocument all visits and phone calls accurately and timely in our EHR systemEducate families on comfort care and end-of-life expectationsTriage patient needs via phone and determine appropriate next stepsQualifications :
Active RN license in MinnesotaHospice, oncology, or palliative care experience requiredStrong clinical judgment and ability to remain calm in urgent situationsExcellent communication skills with patients, families, and medical teamsWillingness to work evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating scheduleReliable transportation and valid driver’s licenseMilitary Candidates Encouraged to Apply :
