Your Mission As a Product Specialist, you will work across the organization to ensure seamless implementation, training, and support of designated product lines.
You will serve as a technical resource for customers, partners, and internal teams, translating product information into practical solutions and providing expert guidance throughout the product lifecycle.
You will work closely with Development, Engineering, Commercial and Operational teams to optimize product performance and customer outcomes.
Externally, you will serve as the subject matter expert and ambassador for te product line, available for sales support, demonstrations, customer training, troubleshooting, and representing the product line.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in US clinical and laboratory equipment with hands-on experience supporting products in US Hospital and Laboratory environments.

What You’ll Do – Essential Duties and Responsibilities Product Knowledge, Development, and Continuous Improvement Maintain technical knowledge of all product features, specifications, and capabilities Provide recommendations for product improvements based on field experience and customer feedback Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and validate innovative capabilities that advance the product line or commercialize new product lines Drive execution of product development and / or change management projects Support product testing, validation, and field trials as needed Document lessons learned and technical insights for product enhancement initiatives Product Support & Technical Expertise Serve as primary technical resource for product-related questions, troubleshooting, and customer inquiries Own maintenance of existing & creation of new equipment operator’s manuals Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, user guides, and troubleshooting resources Provide field support, including remote assistance, on-site visits, and technical inquiries Support product installations, commissioning, and validation at customer sites Troubleshoot product issues and coordinate with engineering team on technical solutions Training & Customer Education Conduct comprehensive training programs for customers, partners, and end-users on product features and proper usage Develop training materials, including videos, webinars, and hands-on demonstrations Provide ongoing training to sales teams and account managers on product capabilities Support certification programs and partner training initiatives Sales & Market Support Participate in joint sales calls, product demonstrations, and customer presentations Provide technical expertise to address customer concerns and requirements during the sales process Support trade shows, industry conferences, and promotional events Collaborate with marketing teams on product messaging and positioning Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and decision-makers Market Analysis & Customer Feedback Gather Voice of Customer (VoC) insights through customer interviews, site visits, and feedback sessions Analyze customer feedback and field performance data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities Communicate customer insights to product management and engineering teams Assess hospital lab environments and evaluate customer business requirements Track competitive landscape and provide feedback on industry trends What You’ll Bring – Desired Qualifications Technical Skills Strong understanding of medical device design and quality management systems Knowledge of regulatory requirements including FDA regulations, ISO 13485, and other relevant international and domestic standards Proficiency in technical documentation and troubleshooting methodologies Experience with data analysis tools and product support platforms Technical background in biomedical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field Experience in technical writing and creating training materials Core Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships with customers and team members Customer-focused mindset with commitment to delivering exceptional support Self-directed with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Desired Education and Experience :
