A company is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineering Manager to lead a team responsible for managing blockchain nodes and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers maintaining production blockchain nodes

Own and drive new chain launches, ensuring deadlines and stakeholder coordination

Manage team workflows and maintain operational readiness for production-grade reliability

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer in Linux-based environments

4+ years of experience managing engineering teams focused on development and accountability

3+ years of experience managing project-based delivery cycles

Experience operating infrastructure with 24 / 7 uptime requirements

Comfort working in dynamic, startup-like environments
