Meta Robotics Studio is seeking a Lab Operations Program Manager who will lead the planning, execution, and risk mitigation for new lab spaces and operational initiatives. This role is responsible for driving process improvements, budgeting, and asset logistics tracking to support lab bring-up and ongoing operations. The manager will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure lab readiness, compliance, and efficient resource allocation. Lab Operations Program Manager Responsibilities

• Plan and execute lab space bring-up, including requirements gathering, scheduling, and risk management
• Develop and manage budgets for lab operations and new space initiatives
• Implement and improve asset logistics tracking processes
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure lab readiness and compliance
• Identify and mitigate operational risks to support rapid prototyping and testing

$116,000 / year to $166,000 / year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
