Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care using age-specific criteria and clinical judgment. The RN also supports and teaches non-RN staff, including LPNs, PCTs, and Unit Secretaries, while maintaining flexibility with shift assignments. Key Responsibilities : Deliver high-quality OB / GYN patient care following nursing best practices. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Function as first assist and scrub OB cases if qualified. Direct and teach support staff as needed. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with safety and quality standards.
